Many of us grew up watching Ash leave home at age 10 and go out into the world, making a life for himself as a lifelong Pokemon Trainer. While obviuously a 10 year old could not do this in reality for so many reasons, you, as an adult, could technically go out and live the lifestyle of a travelling Pokemon Trainer. Uber can give you the ability to earn a living driving people around with little to no qualifcations. They may even supply you with a car. You could use this empowerment as a way to travel around the country, while staying at cheap AirBnB rooms instead of renting an apartment or staying at hotels. Of course, you would have to make time to train and battle at Gyms that you happen upon in your travels, and catching Pokemon you come across. Of course, there is an additional way to monetize the Pokemon Trainer Lifestyle that I’ve heard some people doing recently. Charging $30 per hour to drive Trainers around slowly, perhaps through a park that has roads, or somewhere you can drive slowly without trouble. This is effective because the Pokemon GO App has eggs that hatch when you’ve walked a certain distance, tracked by your phone’s pedometer. This doesn’t normally work in cars because you normally have to drive quickly on many roads, and the app can tell you are moving too fast to be walking or even running. Driving slow fools the app into thinking you are walking, and many trainers would rather hatch their eggs that way. I’m sure many more methods could improve on this design, and I welcome your input in this discussion. Go out and travel across the land, searching far and wide, just like Ash.
